Arcade video game

Bowl O Rama, et al

For BowlORama we designed a realtime music and sound effects engine for a custom video game board using the Yamaha series of FM chips. Music had to be entered by hand in hexadecimal notation as we had yet to develop production tools. Later work involved the development of a full audio production suite and realtime audio engines based upon the BSMT2000, a custom DSP designed for use in the game industry by Brian Schmidt.

Additional work during this periodincluded the development of several realtime arcade operating systems on custom hardware for a variety of game products including Bozo's Grand Prize Game, Chuck E Cheese's Match Game and music for a one-off Michael Jordan pinball game.
